HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT All persons who enter the range for any reason must have a “Release, Waiver, Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Assumption of Risk Agreement” (aka Hold Harmless) on file before entering the property. This includes members, guests, minors, observers, and all others, even if only coming one time. There is a separate form for minors: “Authorization for Minor to use the Cleburne County Shooting Club, Inc. Facility,” (aka Authorization for Minor) There are 2 different downloads for Hold Harmless agreements on this tab: A two page Hold Harmless form for guests, and a one page Hold Harmless form for the parent or legal guardian to complete for authorization for minors to attend the range. The Authorization for Minor form can only be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. The signing parent must must submit their own Hold Harmless, along with the "Authorization for Minor" for the "authorization" to be valid. Each person must fill out and sign or e-sign their own form. You may NOT sign for someone else. Hold Harmless agreements for family members or other guests may be mailed or emailed. Email is preferred. In most cases, grandparents are NOT legal guardians. We encourage you to email the Hold Harmless. It should be sent to ccscholdharmless@gmail.comIf you send the "Hold Harmless" electronically, your typed name constitutes a signature. However, if you choose to mail it, a traditional pen and ink signature should be used. We must receive it before your guest may enter the range.

The Hold Harmless agreement may be submitted by several methods, including:
1. The fillable form application can be completed online by computer, tablet or cell phone. Download the form, complete it, and save it to your device. You may need to download an App to see the form in a fillable format. The free version of Adobe Acrobat works well. It can then be emailed, as an attachment, to ccscholdharmless@gmail.com (2) The fillable form application can be downloaded and printed.
